Havells has appointed V Krishnan as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). He will be responsible for the entire gamut of Human Resources.
Krishnan has more than 3-decades of experience in human resources and having capabilities in Business Partnering with Indian multinationals and MNCs, covering Human Capital Management (HCM), Business Processes, Quality, Knowledge Management, and IT Enablement.
In his earlier stints, Krishnan has worked with organisations like Dabur, Whirlpool, Xerox, and Eicher.
Krishan pursued engineering from Aligarh Muslim University and holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS)– University of Delhi.
